Review: Celebrate Graduation in Style with Cosy Club Bristol's Set Menu
Graduation is one of life's biggest milestones, and Cosy Club Bristol has created a menu that's worthy of the occasion. Available from 1 July to 8 August 2026, the Graduation Set Menu offers two courses for £29.95 or three for £35.95, with every diner receiving a complimentary glass of Prosecco to raise a toast. Alongside some of Cosy Club's best-loved classics, the menu also introduces several dishes created exclusively for this limited-time celebration.
Housed in one of Bristol's most striking dining venues on Corn Street, Cosy Club provides the perfect backdrop for marking such a memorable day. The stunning historic building is full of character, with soaring ceilings, elegant lighting and eclectic dƩcor that combines vintage charm with a touch of glamour. Whether you're gathering with family or celebrating with friends, the surroundings make the occasion feel even more special.
The complimentary Prosecco on arrival immediately sets a celebratory tone, while attentive service throughout the meal helps guests settle in for a leisurely lunch or dinner. Tap water was also promptly provided for the table, a thoughtful touch that complemented the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
The starters made an excellent first impression, looking every bit as good as they tasted. The Hot Honey Fried Halloumi paired crispy halloumi with cooling mint yoghurt, pickled green apple, mizuna salad and toasted sunflower seeds, delivering a delicious balance of sweetness, spice and freshness. Equally impressive were the Beef & Smoked Bacon Croquettes, served with basil pesto cream, pickled shallots and fragrant lovage oil. Crisp on the outside, rich and indulgent inside, they were packed with flavour.
For the main course, the Indonesian Satay Chickenāone of the dishes introduced especially for the Graduation Set Menuāfeatured a charred chicken breast with a fragrant coconut and kaffir lime sauce, sugar snaps, pickled cucumber, pickled ginger, crispy shallots and steamed basmati rice. Colourful, generously portioned and full of vibrant flavours, it was a standout savoury dish.
The King Prawn & Smoked Salmon Linguine was another enjoyable choice. Creamy Gran Levanto sauce, Norfolk smoked salmon, king prawns, chilli flakes, lemon and brown butter pangrattato combined to create a comforting, satisfying pasta dish. Our only criticism was that the smoked salmon felt a little sparing, leaving us wishing for just a little more.
Dessert finished the meal on a high. The Coconut & Lime Panna Cotta was beautifully light and refreshing, complemented by mango, mint and coconut biscuit crumb. The clear star, however, was the BrƻlƩed Miso Caramel Custard Tart, created by Cosy Club chef Fabio especially for this menu. Served with vanilla pod ice cream and shortbread crumb, it struck an excellent balance between sweet caramel richness and subtle savoury notes from the miso, making it a memorable end to the meal.
Cosy Club has done more than simply bundle together existing favourites. The inclusion of exclusive dishes gives the Graduation Set Menu its own identity, while the complimentary Prosecco for every guest makes the experience feel genuinely celebratory. Combined with the impressive setting on Corn Street, attentive service and consistently high-quality food, Cosy Club Bristol offers a fitting venue to mark graduation in style with the people who helped you reach the finish line.
